Parfois, Tristesse s'invite sans prévenir. Elle nous tourne autour, s'assied à nos côtés, si proche qu'on peut à peine respirer. On peut essayer de la cacher, mais alors on a l'impression d'être devenu soi-même Tristesse. Mieux vaut l'écouter, lui demander d'où elle vient, ce dont elle a besoin. Et si on ne la comprend pas, rester avec elle, tout simplement. Faire des choses qu'elle aime, comme dessiner, écouter de la musique, se promener... Et si le jour suivant, elle n'est plus là, il n'y a pas à s'inquiéter : une nouvelle journée commence...
