Héloïse Brion worked for fifteen years in the fashion industry before deciding to pursue her passion for cooking. She has contributed recipes to numerous publications, including Food 52, Food and Wine, Delish, Irish Tatler, The Sunday Times Travel Magazine, The Sunday Post, Country and Town House, ELLE, Madame Figaro, and Elle à Table. She has shared her recipes in hundreds of Instagram Live events and has held cooking and table-setting workshops at venues like French in Calabasas, California, and at My Little Paris in France
